Jeffrey was born on October 5, 1959, and passed away on January 10, 2024.

He was a loving husband to his wife, Lisa, and a wonderful stepfather to three girls. He worked hard and did his best to provide for his family.

He was an avid golfer and a staunch supporter of the L.A. Rams football team.

After his marriage, he became a grandfather to five grandsons and one granddaughter. A year before he passed, he also became a great-grandfather to a little girl.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Gladys Cagle, and his youngest brother, Chris—who was born on the same day as Jeff, almost within the same hour, 14 years apart.

He is survived by his wife, his stepdaughters, his brother Paul and his wife Lavonda, his sister Kathy, and his widowed sister-in-law Dina. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.

He and his wife discussed body donation and chose MedCure as their organization of choice. MedCure was very helpful and compassionate when the time came. They were great in easing the burden of taking care of his remains.
