Donald proudly served at West Ottawa Schools in the media department, where he enriched the educational experience of countless students and colleagues through his passion for technology and storytelling. He retired in 2000 after a fulfilling career, making a lasting impact on the lives of others.

In his personal life, Donald had a love for the outdoors and spent many happy hours tending to his garden. He was also a talented filmmaker, capturing moments and memories on film with his unique artistic vision. His lifelong passion for trains and classic cars brought him joy and connection with fellow enthusiasts.

In a final act of generosity, Donald chose to donate his body to science, furthering his commitment to helping others even after his passing.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Donald’s legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the memories he created.
