Emily Jeziorski is one of MedCure’s Education Directors. Her role is to help educate hospice and other end-of-life care professionals on how to best assist and support their patients through the whole body donation process.
Emily joined the MedCure family in 2019 after a career as a nonprofit event coordinator and a manager of coffee shops in Pennsylvania, New York, and Oregon. She was drawn to the mission of MedCure by her lifelong love of science and education and a desire to provide options and resources to those facing the loss of a loved one or their own end-of-life planning. As an Education Director, she hopes to share the importance and necessity of the work accomplished through whole-body donation and is excited to work in a field that so closely contributes to medical and scientific research.
Emily’s love of rainy weather and appreciation for a great cup of coffee brought her to the Pacific Northwest in 2016 where she lives with her husband and three exceptionally sassy cats. In between binge-watching comic book movies and listening to true-crime podcasts, Emily can most often be found in her kitchen, covered in flour and baking bread.
Emily travels around the Midwestern portion of the US, providing in-services and other education opportunities to end-of-life professionals. If you are a hospice, hospital, or other health care professional and are interested in scheduling an in-service or webinar to learn more, you can contact one of our Education Directors here.
