With the generous gift from donors and their families, MedCure is able to provide specimens to current medical research and educational studies for finding cures and causes for many diseases or conditions. Also for:

- Reduction of surgical scarring, patient recovery time and chances of infection

- Identifying dangerous medication interactions

Personal Benefits Of Body Donation:
In addition to feeling good about gifting your body for the benefit of others, there are NO COSTS! All costs relating to the donation process are the responsibility of MedCure, including:
- A highly trained and compassionate Donor Coordinator will assist the donor’s representative through the entire donation process, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Transportation from the place of death to MedCure
- Cremation
- Return of cremated remains to family within approximately 6 weeks in a heart-shaped urn or a memorial scattering at sea
- Two certified copies of the death certificate
- Letter to family explaining how their loved one’s donation benefited medical science (if requested)
